Pace yourself this winter.

I can honestly say it’s the most useful self-management tool that I have tried and I’ve tried a few. It has been a real turning point in helping me to learn how to pace my activities effectively.

Visible has been brilliant, my arm band arrived around about a week ago and so far has been super helpful, it’s EXTREMELY accurate and has helped me listen to my body.

I'm finding Visible so helpful! It's been the most beneficial aid I've come across with regard to ease of heart-rate monitoring and alerting to over exertion.

Since using Visible and now the band I have noticed a huge improvement in my symptoms. I’m telling everyone about it as its has been such a success for me.

I’m now back at work, I can really see how my working is impacting my body and I can adjust accordingly. I really can’t explain enough how excellent this is and how it’s helping me live again!

The wearable and pace points are absolutely fantastic! I had been having a pretty bad relapse and was struggling to get my pacing back on track. I love it!!!

I've been using it daily to help me pace. Having a notification come though immediately when I'm overdoing it is really really helpful!
